I wish to become a member of IAEE, The International Association of Elevator Engineers. I am sending this application and accept all regulations of IAEE as proposed, and agreed upon by the General Assemblies of IAEE and the Steering Committees decisions, since February 12^th 1986. I enclose the sum of £60 which in the event of my acceptance will be regarded as biennial membership fees payable to IAEE.
