Why to exhibit? 
Elevcon 2008 provides an unusual opportunity to the exhibitor not just "to exhibit" but to be involved within a intimate group of high rank specialists and decision makers. To spend three days, day after day with the option to make friends, better and closer relations meet decision makers from all over the world:- European, American and Asian. It can be a true "door" opener and base for new business opportunities.  Unlike a "normal" exhibition, here you do not have to demonstrate "power" and spend large amounts on unnecessary designs. No one expects anything but an intelligent conversation, brochures, performance, power-point presentations, or display of small items. That's why its cost effective. You can actually travel with a small display .During last Elevcons we have provided this option and some companies have already become "returning exhibitors". 

The Exhibition
Elevcon 2008 is a congress of three days, together with an exhibition of industry innovations.

Visiting the Elevcon Exhibition
Elevcon exhibition is designed exclusively for Elevcon Congress attendance and IAEE members. The exhibition is open for Elevcon 2008 participants and IAEE members free of charge.  Visitors: Even though it is an exclusive event, invited guests and elevator engineers from the industry, who are not participating in Elevcon, will be allowed to visit only on set hours (see "timetable of exhibition") with no entrance fees required. We shall emphsys invitations from Balkan nearby counties: Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Macedonia etc.

The Makedonia Palace Congress Centre

The Elevcon congress and exhibition are planned on the same level and in nearby spaces. The main congress hall and the main exhibition space are both on the ground floor. On the ground floor is also the restaurant in which attendance will have their luncheon. All main Elevcon activities will take place on this ground floor. The entrance into the congress is through exhibition area entrance. The exhibition space is limited and designed for less than 30 units of 6 sqm. Of which few are “silent stands” [meaning: these stands will be manned only during breaks, and no staff during congress sessions to avoid disturbance].  

FEES

Modular Stand package Fee:

Exhibition space and stand of 6 sqm (including a modular stand construction) (1)   € 3820.00

Modular stand package includes (for space of 6-12 Sqm.)

1. Space (as requested)

2. 1 table and 2 chairs, Walls, fascia sign, 2 spotlights  

4. Option for one A4 page of publicity to be distributed to all congress participants 

5. One free participant in all congress sessions, coffee breaks and lunches 

6. An additional congress participant at reduced fee of Є 600.00 for full congress 3 days package 

7. Option to register stand personnel as "accompanying person" that enjoy lunch & coffee breaks, dinner and factory tour, welcome reception, but with no permission to enter sessions) at Є300.00

Desk-Top Stand package fee:

Exhibition space including 1 meter front desk. 2 chairs. I back panel to hang a poster.

Fee: (1)   € 2400

Modular stand package includes (for space of 6-12 sqm.)

1. Space (as above maximum 2 meter front by 150cm deep)

2. 1 table and 2 chairs, one back panel  

4. Option for one A4 page of publicity to be distributed to all congress participants 

5. One free participant in all congress sessions, coffee breaks and lunches 

6. An additional congress participant at reduced fee of Є 600.00 for full congress 3 days package 

7. Option to register stand personnel as "accompanying person" that enjoy lunch & coffee breaks, dinner and factory tour, welcome reception, but with no permission to enter sessions) at Є300.00

Please use the application Form for Space. Email or fax it to IAEE as below, and arrange bank transfer to IAEE bank account at ING bank / Brussels as indicated on the form.

The exhibition, which is designed for a limited number of stands, will be open during all congress sessions. The exhibition hall is annexed to the main congress room on the same level opposite the main entrance. Invitations to visit the exhibition will be issued for members of the elevator industry in the region. The floor-plan and application forms for space are available on www.elevcon.com.
